Elizabeth Sey is one of the many halls under UGEL and to get into it, there is a randomization system put in place that randomly allocates students halls and rooms. The randomization action currently involves the four diaspora halls; Jean Nelson Aka Hall, Elizabeth Frances Sey Hall, Alexander Kwapong Hall and Dr. Hilla Limann Hall. All halls are of similar build quality but may differ in certain amenities.

NOTE THAT THIS CAN ONLY BE DONE IF:
A. You have registered for your academic programme.
B. You have been allocated a room on campus.
C. You have paid the requisite residential fees per modular session in full (within 48 hours after bed allocation).
D. You are still within the 24-hour window given for registration after the deadline for payment of residential fees. Online
residential registration is done through the MIS Web. You may click here to access the MIS Web.
The procedure is as follows:
1. Click on “Residence Registration” under the Student iEnabler (on the left side of the screen).
2.Click on “Submit Residence Registration”.
3. Then click on the year (in blue). There will be a display confirming the Hall and Room number.
4. Click on “I Accept” to confirm. Print the Proof of Residential Registration and keep for your records.
On the reporting date for Freshmen, report to your Hall of Residence with two copies each of your passport picture and proofs of your academic and residential registration for further assistance.

1.Before beginning to apply, make sure at least 50% of your academic fees are paid.
2. Register at least one of your courses to be eligible for placement.
3. Visit www.sts.com
4. Login with your student ID and password given to you on your admission letter.
5. Click on “Participate in the Hall allocation randomization” button.
6. Select “Yes”.
7. Once you see your response changed to yes, you can exit the page.
8. Log out from sts and wait for the day of the randomization exercise.
9. When successfully allocated a room, visit ienabler.com
